摘要 目的 :评价共焦点显微镜对亲水性软性角膜接触镜片上蛋白质沉淀情况的观察作用。方法 :选用G Ⅰ 类和G Ⅳ类镜片为观察对象 ,分别对镜片的表面和内部进行共焦点扫描。结果 :蛋白质沉淀主要沉积在镜片的内部 ,经过洗脱处理后 ,沉淀团块变小、变分散。结论 :共焦点显微镜可对角膜接触镜片蛋白质沉淀实施快速、三维实时观察 ,并能够用来观察护理过程对沉淀形态的影响。 Objective:To evaluate the value of the confocal microscope in observing protein deposits on the hydrophilic contact lens.Methods:New and used hydrophilic lenses were scanned across the surface and in a matrix.Results:Debris from deposits located on the lens surface was reduced, while significant amounts of deposits accumulated in the lens matrix. Cleaning regimens extracted deposits, separating the mass and reducing its size.Conclusion:Confocal microscopy provided rapid, real-time, 3-dimensional images of protein deposits on hydrophilic contact lenses.(WB80011。6]
