摘要
由于对外开放利用率较低,管理方式落后,配置不合理,不能产生经济效益,造成高校体育场馆的运营经费极为紧张,甚至有些还到了捉襟见肘的窘境。因此,应该对高校体育场馆运营管理进行改革。文章首先分析高校体育场馆运营管理的现状,其次,结合作者的实际经验,从加强高校体育场馆现代化运营管理知识的培训、加强高校体育场馆多元化运行、高校体育场馆设计理念突出"以人为本"、大力开发青少年文体培训业务等方面,就如何有效加强高校体育场馆现代化运营管理进行探讨,并提出建议。
Because of the low utilization frequency of opening up, poor management method, irrational allocation, little economic benefit, the operating funds of college stadiums are extremely tense, and even in a precarious situation. There- fore, it is necessary to reform the operation management of college stadiums. This paper analyzes the status quo of the operation management of college stadium, from the perspective of strengthening modern operational management knowledge training, enhancing the diversified operation and highlighting the design concept of ＂people - orientation＂, and vigorously developing the youth＇s cultural and sports training business, discusses how to effectively strengthen the modem operation management of college stadiums in combination with the author＇s actual experience, and then proposes suggestions.
