建立单舰和基地同型号装备保障数据库,使用数据处理软件进行数据统计及分析,加载备件管理系统、设备制造及承制单位信息和承修厂修理信息,合理统筹优化保障资源,能够有效提升基地装备保障能力和水平,保证舰艇部队装备战斗力的有效发挥。
Same model of equipment security data banks are set up at both warship and the base, which con- duct statistics and analysis with data processing software. Spare parts management system, information from manu- facturer and shipyard are loaded in order to give plan to optimized resources, enable the equipment security capa- bility and level raised effectively and guarantee the combat effectiveness of the warship equipments.
