摘要
肾间质纤维化可导致肾功能损害 ,其发病机理主要与细胞外基质 (ECM )过度沉积及细胞因子、生长因子作用有关 ;其治疗方法主要是抑制纤维细胞活性及ECM合成 ,刺激ECM降解。
Renal fibrosis may lead to the loss of renal function.Renal fibrosis is mainly generated by the overproduction and residence of extracellular matrix(ECM) and the effects of cellular factor and growth factor.The treatment of renal fibrosis is major suppressing fibroblast activity and the composition of ECM and stimulating the decomposition of ECM.
