摘要
穿山龙是我国传统中药材,具有多种药理作用,对其所含化学成分进行研究,阐明活性基础,并对主要活性物质进行分离纯化工艺研究成为对穿山龙资源二次开发研究的重要内容。本文从穿山龙化学成分、分离纯化工艺研究角度进行综述,对穿山龙的进一步开发具有积极意义。
Dioscorea nipponica Makino. was a traditional Chinese medicine, which had a variety of pharmacological activities. It was important to research its chemical constituents and indicated their bio -activities, and also important to study the separation and purification process for re - development of Dioscorea nipponica Makino.. The research on the chemical constituents and the separation and purification process of Dioscorea nipponica Makino. were reviewed, which had positive significance for the further research.
