摘要 为评价顶果木(Acrocarpus fraxinifolius)的耐旱性,采取模拟自然极度干旱条件方法,利用盆栽方式,研究顶果木在干旱胁迫期间的生长量、植株体水分分布。结果表明,停止供水后第1~16天的土壤含水量降幅较大,顶果木地径和苗高生长增幅出现明显的下降趋势,地茎生长的降幅尤为明显。干旱胁迫出现在第13天之后,干旱胁迫的临界土壤含水量为20%;结合顶果木苗木生长指标分析,第21天的土壤含水量(12.99%)可能已经达到顶果木的萎蔫系数;顶果木的地上部分对外界的水分环境状况响应速度比地下部分快,顶果木叶片和根系的含水量与土壤含水量之间具有显著相关性,相关系数分别达到0.88和0.91,茎含水量与土壤含水量之间的相关系数达到0.97的极显著水平。 In order to evaluate the drought tolerance of Acrocarpus fraxinifolius,through simulating natural extreme drought conditions,the growth and the plant body moisture distribution of A.fraxinifolius were examined by potted method.The results showed that,from the 11th day to the 16th day after stopping watering,soil water declined significantly.The plant ground diameter and height growth of the plants decreased,and the growth of ground diameter decreased more significantly.The drought stress appeared after day 13 with the critical soil water capacity of 20%.At day 21,the soil water content was 12.99% which might reach the wilting coefficient based on the analysis of the plant growth.The response to the soil water capacity of the aerial parts was faster than the underground parts.Significant correlations were observed between the water contents of the leaves,roots and soil with the correlation coefficients of 0.88 and 0.91,respectively.The correlation coefficient between the stem moisture content and soil moisture content reached 0.97,belonging to extremely significant level.
