摘要
为了减轻烟农劳动强度、提高生产效率、提高烟草的育苗质量、降低生产成本,将意大利产SPL410剪草机作为借用件设计了设施大棚内漂浮育苗用的JY-Y-1.5烟苗电动剪叶机,介绍了整机结构与工作原理,研究设计了纵向和横向运动、剪叶高度调整的关键结构。试验结果表明:JY-Y-1.5烟苗电动剪叶机生产能力达到900盘/h;纵向和横向运动机构运动可靠,工作宽度可调,适用范围广;剪叶高度控制精准,误差控制在±6 mm范围内。整机具有性能稳定可靠、使用维护简单和经济效益显著等优点。
In order to reduce labor intensity of tobacco cropper, improve production efficiency and the tobacco seedling quality, reduce production costs, based on Italian SPL410 lawnmower, we designed JY-Y-1.5 tobacco seedlings electric leaf-cutting machine as floating nursery facilities in greenhouses. This paper introduced the whole structure and operation principles, the design of key structures for vertical and horizontal movement, and leaf-cutting height adjustment. The test results show that: JY-Y- 1.5 tobacco seedlings electric leaf-cutting machine production capacity reached 900 plates/hour; ver- tical and horizontal movement was reliable; the working width was adjustable with a wide range of applications; leaf-cutting height control was precise, error was controlled within± 6 mm range. Collectively, the machine has several advantages including stable and reliable performance, easy use and maintenance, and significant economic benefits.
