摘要
目的 :探讨nm2 3/NDPK癌基因在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 :采用免疫组化S P法 ,对 31例胰腺癌组织及 8例正常胰腺组织进行nm2 3/NDPK癌基因表达的检测。结果 :31例胰腺癌组织中有 2 0例nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性 ,占 6 4 5 % ;8例正常胰腺组织中仅 2例nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性 ,占 2 5 % ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。低分化胰腺癌nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性率明显高于高分化胰腺癌 (8/ 9,88 8% ;2 / 6 ,33 3% ;P <0 0 5 )。其nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性与淋巴结转移密切相关 (9/ 12 ,75 % ;5 / 15 ,33% ;P <0 0 5 )。提示胰腺癌nm2 3/NDPK表达与淋巴结转移及肿瘤侵袭性呈正相关 ,与癌组织的分化程度呈负相关。结论 :nm2
Purpose To study the expression and clinicopathological significance of nm23 gene (product of uncleoside diphosphate kinase)in pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissues Methods S P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of nm23/NDPK in 31 pancreatic adenocarcinoma and 8 normal pancreas tissues Results It was found that 20 of 31 (64 5%)pancreatic adenocarcinoma showed strong immunoreactivity for NDPK, whereas 2 of 8 (25%) normal pancreatic tissues showed weak immunoreactivity ( P <0 05) Significant difference was found between the two groups The nm23/NDPK expression levels in pancreatic adenocarcinoma of lower differentiation were higher than those in pancreatic adenocarcinoma of higher differentiation (8/9,88 9%; 2/6, 33 3%; P <0 05) Positive staining was associated with higher incidence of lymph node metastasis (9/12,75%)than negative staining (5/15,33%; P <0 05) These results suggested that nm23/NDPK expression was positively associated with lymph node metastases and aggressiveness They also suggested that nm23/NDPK expression had negative correlation with the histologic differentiation Conclusion nm23/NDPK expression could serve as a marker for malignant potentiality and poor prognosis for pancreatic adenocarcinoma
