摘要
以三七种子为试验材料,研究不同质量浓度的水杨酸(0、150、250、350、450mg/L)浸种对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:水杨酸浸种可延缓三七种子萌发,降低种子发芽率、发芽势和简易活力指数,但150mg/L水杨酸处理的三七种子萌发情况与对照相比差异不显著;150~250mg/L水杨酸浸种能增加幼苗根长、茎粗,提高根冠比、壮苗指数,同时增加幼苗的鲜质量、干质量及地上部分干物质含量.150mg/L水杨酸浸种有利于培养三七壮苗,获得高产.
The seeds of Panax notoginseng were soaked with SA on different concentration(0,150,250,350 and 450 mg/L).The results showed that SA treatment delayed the germination of the seed,reduced the seed germination percentage,the germination viablity and the concise seed vigor index;however,the differences of 150 mg/L of SA and CK were not significant.The treatment at 150~250 mg/L increased the root length,stem thickening,root to shoot ratio,seedling index,the seedling fresh weight,dry weight and dry matter content.It is suggested that SA at 150 mg/L would be better for getting stronger seedlings and higher yield of Panax notoginseng.
