摘要
以‘蒙杞1号’、‘柴杞’、‘宁杞1号’为试验材料,测定了枸杞果实百粒质量、果实纵、横径,坏果率、色泽、籽实比及主要成分.结果表明:不同枸杞品种及不同产地同一品种枸杞品质存在不同程度的差异;品种和气候条件共同影响枸杞品质,低温、高海拔、长日照有益于枸杞质量;永登县上川镇产枸杞百粒质量15.35g、果实纵径16.56mm、横径6.39mm、坏果率3.0%、色泽为B级、多糖含量3.4%、浸出物79.87%、总灰分4.52%、酸不溶性灰分0.2%,质量处中等水平,说明该区有益于枸杞种植;宁夏地区是枸杞的优势产区.
To evaluate the quality of L.barbarum from different production areas of Gansu,Qinghai and Ningxia,the fruit quality of major cultivars,'Monqi 1','Ningqi 1' and 'Chaiqi 1' was analyzed.The results showed that there was a different quality among different cultivar and the same cultivar in different production areas.The ecological factors,such as higher altitude,lower temperature and longer sunshine contributed a better quality of fruit.For fruit from Shangchuan of Yongdeng County,the quality was medium level,with 15.35 g of 100-seed weight,16.56 and 6.39mm of longitudinal and equatorial diameter,3.0% of bad fruit rate,B grade in color,3.4% of polysaccharide,79.87% of extraction,4.52% of total ash and 0.2% of acid-insoluble ash.It is suggested that Shangchuan of Yongdeng County in Gansu is a suitable area for L.barbarum growth;however,Ninxia is superiority area for L.barbarum growth.
