摘要
为解决常压脱苯工艺存在蒸汽耗量高、废水产生量较多等问题,柳钢焦化厂引入负压脱苯工艺,通过降低操作压力有效降低蒸馏温度,并采用热贫油代替蒸汽供热,起到节能减排的作用。经过初期生产调试及工艺完善,系统运行稳定,与常压脱苯工艺对比,负压脱苯带来较好的环境效益。
The Coking Plant of Liuzhou Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. introduced vacuum benzol stripping process in order to solve the problems such as high steam consumption and large amount of stripped water generated,etc.. As a result, the distillation temperature can be effectively lowered by reducing the operating pressure and energy can be saved and effluent can be reduced by utilizing hot lean oil instead of steam. The system under negative pressure is now running stable after commissioning and process improvement, showing more environmental benefits compared with the conventional benzol stripping process under normal pressure.
