摘要
产业集群外部联系对集群发展有关键影响,产业集群外部联系也具有独特的演化进程。以典型的轮轴式产业集群为研究对象,并以Sialkot外科器材产业集群为案例,分析其外部联系动态变化的过程及特征。研究发现,外部联系对轮轴式集群的发展具有显著的推动作用,且出口贸易这一外部联系形式的推动作用尤为关键;此外,外部联系作用的发挥以同集群的内部能力协同发展为前提。最后,针对我国轮轴式集群的发展情况提出了建议。
External linkage in fact has great influence on industrial cluster. Similar to the life cycle of industrial cluster, external linkage will also experiences unique evolution process. Taking the typical hub-spoke industrial cluster, one of the cluster representatives, as object, we analyze the process and characteristics of external linkage evolution. Finally the dynamic evolution of Sialkot Surgical Instrument Cluster＇ s external linkage also proves our results. With above exploration, we eventually find that external linkage can significantly promote the development of hub-spoke cluster, particularly the crucial role of export; besides, the effect of external linkage indeed depends on the internal capacity of hub-spoke cluster. At last, we further provide reasonable and applicable suggestions for China＇ s hub-spoke industrial clusters.
