摘要
目的 :观察正常新生儿胆囊排空功能 ,探讨衡量新生儿胆囊排空功能的指标。 方法 :(1)以浓鱼肝油滴剂和牛乳为胆囊排空刺激剂 ,用 B超测量新生儿胆囊排空前后长径、直径和壁厚。 (2 )分别计算、分析胆囊收缩前后的各测定值及最大纵断面积近似值 (长径×直径 )的差值 ;计算并比较男女间胆囊排空前后各值的变化率。 结果 :排空后胆囊明显缩小 ;胆囊最大纵断面积近似值缩小 5 5 %以上 ,而胆囊壁增厚 10 %以上 ,胆囊排空前后各值比较均有显著性差异 ,男女各值的变化率无差别。 结论 :浓鱼肝油滴剂及适量牛乳可做为 B超检测新生儿胆囊排空的刺激剂 ;
Objective: To observe the function of gallbladder emptying in normal neonates and to discuss the methods to judge emptying function of gallbladder in neonates. Methods: First, strong cod liver oil and some milk were used as an initiator of gallbladder emptying in neonates. The lengths, the diameters, and the wall thicknesses of gallbladders before and after emptying were measured with B ultrasonoscope. Second, the differences of the values measured and the largest similar areas (the length times the diameter ) between pre emptying and post emptying of the gallbladder were counted and analyzed statistically. The change rates of all values were counted and were compared between male and female. Results: The gallbladders after emptying were contracted obviously. More than 33% of the length and the diameter, and more than 55% of the largest similar area were decreased after emptying; There was no difference on the all change rates between male and female. Conclusion: Strong cod liver oil and some milk can be used as an initiator of gallbladder emptying in neonates; The change rates of the area and the wall thickness can be regarded as the index to judge neonatal emptying function of gallbladder.
