摘要
长江流域经济社会的发展、流域综合治理的实施和大型水利水电工程的建设等使河流生态系统发生了新的变化,流域水资源存在局部污染、湖库水质富营养化以及生态用水不足等问题。本着"统筹兼顾、突出重点"的原则,制定了相应的保护措施,包括加大污染控制力度、保证河湖生态需水、加强生态系统保护与修复以及严格水资源保护监督管理等。措施的实施可以在一定程度上保护长江流域水资源,使其利用朝着健康、可持续方向发展。
With the social and economic development of Yangtze River Basin, the ecological system of rivers has changed due to the implementation of comprehensive regulation of the basin and construction of large scale hydropower stations, and there are problems such as local pollution of water resources, eutrophication of lakes and reservoirs and ecological water use shortage, etc.. The corresponding measures are proposed, including strengthening the pollution control, ensuring ecological water requirement, improving ecological system protection and intensifying the monitoring, restoration and management of water resources, with the principle of overall consideration and emphasizing key points. The implementation of these measures can protection water resources of Yangtze River at some degree, making it healthy and sustainable.
