摘要
介绍了宁夏气象信息运行监视声音报警软件的设计原理、步骤及C#脚本的编写代码。实际运行表明,当报文传输出现逾限、缺报时,该软件能够快速准确地对故障现象进行语音提示,使监控人员能及时、准确地做出判断处理,减少逾限缺报的发生率。
This paper introduces Ningxia meteorological information monitoring voice alarm software design principles,procedures and C# script writing code.Actual operation shows that,when the message transmission appeared more than limit time,the software can make voice prompt rapidly and accurately.And monitoring personnel can judge processing timely and accurately.The incidence of more than limit can reduce a lot.
