摘要
简要对开关盒盖进行了工艺分析,在此基础上设计了一副注射模,并详细阐述了注射模具的结构设计和工作原理。采用斜推杆内侧抽芯机构,解决了倒扣的成型问题,并简化了注射模具的结构,降低了制造成本。
An injection mould was designed based on the analysis of the process of switch box cover. The design of the mould structure and the operating principle were introduced in details. The problems of the forming upended section were solved by using in- ternal core-pulling mechanism with inclined ejection pin. It simplified the structure of mould and also lowered the manufacturing costs.
