摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路经运用于健康体检人群B超检查中提高被检者满意度及护理质量的有效模式。方法:将在体检科进行健康体检的1500例受检者随机分为两组,观察组750例采用制定好的体检临床路径和流程进行健康体检,对照组750例采用传统方法进行健康体检。对比观察两组体检效果。结果:通过两组对照,观察组在B超平均受检时间、受检质量、体检效率及受检者满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的体检效果优于对照组,取得了满意效果。结论:临床护理路径的实施,提高了受检者的满意度及护理安全质量,使护理安全工作达到了规范化、系统化。
Objective： To explore the clinical pathways B ultrasound examination. Method： 1500 cases with health to improve the satisfaction in healthy people with examination were divided into two groups in ran- dom. 750 cases in study group were treated with the clinical pathway, 750 cases in control group were trea- ted with traditional ways. Physical examination effects in two groups were observed and compared. Result： Average spends of B ultrasound, the examine quality, medical effectiveness and subjects satisfaction were better in study group than those in control group （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： The implementation of clinical pathways can improve subject＇s satisfaction, enhance nursing quality, and achieve a standardized and sys- tematic nursing safety.
