摘要
区域性创伤急救网络是适合我国国情的创伤急救模式。建立区域性创伤急救网络是现代化城市建设的需要,是企业安全生产的需要,是卫生战备工作的需要。该院根据大城市工业区创伤急诊病人多的特点,充分地发挥军队医院创伤急救优势和水平,创建了上海市东北区域创伤急救网络。
Efficient networks of emergency treatment require excellent abilities to cope with complicated situations in time and space dimensions to ensure: technologies available are used, the care required can be found, the information provided and the treatment rendered are appropriate; in uneventful periods, focus on ways in which existing expertises can be better applied, and make efforts to develop better,more active means of developing quality of services through pluralistic approaches;encourage and participate in studies which are attempting to improve working conditions and behavior of individuals in ways that may prevent injuries, wounds, diseases or decrease the load on the health system.
