摘要
目的 :采用双波长薄层扫法测定洁阴洗液中苦参碱的含量。方法 :用反射式锯齿扫描法测定 ,测定波长λs=5 2 0 nm,参比波长 λR=6 40 nm;展开剂为 :氯仿 -甲醇 -氨水 (30∶ 1∶ 0 .5 ) ,显色剂为稀碘化铋钾试液。结果 :点样量在 0 .6 13～ 3.0 6 4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 99.5 4% ,RSD为 1.35 % (n=6 )。结论 :该法分离效果好 ,简便、快速、结果准确 ,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
