摘要
某发电公司分隔屏过热器因过热发生爆管,但爆管形貌较为特殊,且爆管前曾发生过凝汽器泄漏,泄漏期间Na+及Cl-均超标,为失效分析带来很大困扰,通过系统实验分析,最终确定爆管原因。本文系统地分析了此次爆管的原因。
In a power generation company,partition platen superheater explosion for overheating, beuause the tube morphology is relatively special, and the condenser leakage happened before explosion, sodion and chloridion were exceed the standard during leakage, bring great trouble for failure analysis, lint the tube explosion reason finally confirmed through the analysis of system experiment. This paper systematically analyzes the cause of the tube explosion.
