摘要
目的对江门市(含蓬江、江海区)精神疾病的流行病学调查情况进行分析探讨,指导今后的临床治疗计划。方法对2007年至今江门市(含蓬江、江海区)统计在册的3 691例精神患者的相关资料展开回顾性分析。结果经统计,3 691例患者中严重精神疾病患者2 450例,占66.38%;其中以精神分裂症的发生率最高,共计2 251例,占严重精神疾病的91.88%,与其他各类型精神疾病比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中男1 368例,占55.84%,女1 082例,占44.16%。结论该地区的精神疾病主要为精神分裂症,且以严重精神疾病患者居多。
Objective To analyze the investigation on epidemiology of mental illness in Jiangmen City （including Pengjiang and Jianghai District） for guiding the future clinical treatment plan. Methods The clinical data of 3691 psychopaths in Jiang- men City （including Pengjiang and Jianghai District） in 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The statistics showed that in 3691 patients, there were 2450 patients with severe mental illness, which accounted for 66.38%. And the incidence rate of schizophrenia was the highest, and there were 2251 cases, which accounted for 91.88% of the patients with severe mental ill- ness. Compared with other types of mental illness, there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. There were 1368 males ac- counting for 55.84%, and 1082 females accounting for 44.16%. Conclusion The main mental illness of this area is schizophre- nia, and most are the patients with severe mental illness.
