经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形手术治疗椎体压缩性骨折的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目前经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)已成为治疗椎体压缩性骨折的主要微创手术方法,其不仅具有手术时间短、操作方法简单、止痛效果明显等优点,而且能纠正患者的后凸畸形。但与经皮椎体成形术(PVP)一样,PKP也存在骨水泥渗漏、椎体再骨折及术后静脉栓塞等并发症。随着技术的发展,在此基础上应用的PKP结合体位复位技术、蛋壳技术、Sky技术及Vessel-X骨材料填充器经皮椎体成形术等新技术很大程度上改善了球囊技术存在的骨水泥渗漏等缺陷。该文就PKP适应证、操作方法、并发症及预防及目前一些新技术作一综述。 The application of percutaneous Kypho-plasty (PKP) is the main skill in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures. This method not only has advantages of few operation time, simple operation, significant analge- sic effect and so on, but also can corret patients' kyphosis. However,like vertebroplasty (PVP), there are also compli- cations of bone cement leakage, vertebral fracture again and vein thrombosis. With the development of technology, and based on this some new developed technologies, such as the PKP combination postural reset, eggshell technology, Sky and Vessel-X bone material filling percutaneous vertebroplasty surgery and so on, have greatly improved some de- fects which existed in balloonetechnology,including cement leakage and so on. In this paper, the progress in clinical application of this technology, including indications, operation method, complication and its prevention, some new tech- nologies and so on are reviewed.
