摘要 血小板膜糖蛋白（glycoprotein，GP）Ib-Ⅸ-Ⅴ复合物受体在血小板执行止血功能中起着关键作用。当血管内皮细胞受到损伤（如动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂，感染，外伤等），血小板膜表面GPIbα与血管内皮细胞表面暴露的血管性血友病因子（von Willebrand factor，vWF）识别并结合，启动血小板的粘附并形成血栓，起到止血作用[1]。
