摘要
目的 :观察凝血酶对局部治疗肝破裂的临床止血效果。方法 :采用明胶海绵加凝血酶选择性创口填塞缝合止血。结果 :均为一次止血成功 ,无再次出血 ,具有药物和物理的双重作用。结论 :明胶海绵加凝血酶填塞缝合止血治疗肝破裂疗效确切 ,是一种可选择的治疗方法 。
Objective:To investigate the effect of thrombin in treating the partial liver rupture in stopping blood flow.Methods:Choose the wound which the blood of liver is flowing.Fill the wound with gelatin sponge and thrombin and then sew it up to stop the blood from flowing.Results:Once his method is adopted the blood flowing is stopped sucessfully, and the blood will not flow any more.It is of both physical effect and medicinc effect.Conclusion:The method montioned above in curing liver rupture has exactly brought in an effective result.
