摘要
在快速城镇化过程中,台湾地区的土地征收曾经引发了大量与大陆相似的矛盾问题,形成了相对成熟的制度安排,值得大陆借鉴。本文分析了台湾城镇化过程中土地征收政策调整的措施与经验,并由此得出对大陆进一步推进征地制度改革的政策建议。
In the process of rapidly urbanization, Taiwan faced many land expropriation conflicts what were similar with the mainland, and established relatively advanced policies. The articles analyzed the policy adjustment in the process of Taiwan urbanization and made the recommendations on the mainland reform of land expropriation system.
