摘要
针对东北寒冷地区线路工程耐张串复合绝缘子的使用可行性与可靠性问题,通过研究耐张串应用复合绝缘子安全系数的取值、耐张串采用复合绝缘子与瓷绝缘子的经济性比较、耐张串复合绝缘子蠕变伸长率的影响、复合绝缘子机械强度下降等问题,得出目前我国复合绝缘子已具备在东北地区-50~-45℃低温环境下安全运行条件,推荐东北地区线路工程上使用的耐张串复合绝缘子最大荷载情况下,安全系数取4.0,其他工况安全系数按照GB50545—2010《110kV~750kV架空输电线路设计规范》执行。
In view of application feasibility and reliability problems of composite insulator in tension string on transmission line project in northeast cold region, through the research on the application of composite insulator tension string coefficient, economic comparison between composite and porcelain insulator of tension string, the effect of creep elongation in composite insulator of tension string, the mechanical strength decline of composite insulator etc. , the conclusion that composite insulator operating in -50--45 ℃ low temperature environment in northeast area can meet the safe condition has been drawn. It is recommended that safe factor of composite insulator to be chosen as 4.0 in maximum load condition in tension string on transmission line project in northeast region. And it is suggested that other safe factor of working conditions to follow GB 50545-2010Code for design of 110 kV- 750 kV overhead transmission line.
