摘要
目的 探讨粘结剂对银汞合金充填体粘结强度的影响。方法 选择无龋的离体磨牙 30颗 ,制备相同的Ⅱ类洞型 ,随机分成实验组和对照组。用拉力试验机进行粘结强度测定试验 ,以比较两者间的差别。结果 实验组的粘结强度为 2 0 .98± 2 .7MPa ,对照组为 9.5 3± 1.12MPa,两者间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Super -Bond粘结剂能够明显增强其对银汞合金的粘结强度 ,从而提高银汞合金充填体的固位力。
Objective To study the effect of Super-Bond adhesive on the adhesion intensity of amalgam restoration. Methods 30 extracted non-caries molars were selected and divided into two groups. Then the same class II cavities were prepared. The adhesion intensity was tested with a pull-testing machine and the difference between two groups was analysed. Results The adhesion intensity in experiment group and control group was (20.98± 2.70 )MPa and (9.53±1.12)MPa respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Super-Bond adhesive can greatly increase the adhesion intensity of amalgam restoration.
