摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药对小儿非感染性腹泻的疗效及血清中白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-17表达的影响。方法选择重庆市开县人民医院儿科收治的非感染性腹泻患儿100例,采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药治疗50例为观察组;采用常规治疗50例为对照组。比较两组患儿的疗效及血清中IL-6、IL-17表达水平。结果观察组总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止泻时间、痊愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗72h后观察组IL-6、IL-17表达水平低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合用药治疗小儿非感染性腹泻疗效显著,且血清中IL-6、IL-17表达水平恢复正常相对更快,而且服用方便,无明显不良反应,适宜应用于临床。
Objective To investigate the effect of viable bifidobacterium quadruple combination use in treating children non-in- fectious diarrhea and its influence on serum IL-6,IL-17 expression. Methods 100 children with non-infectious diarrhea in this hos- pital were selected. The observation group （50 cases） was treated by viable bifidobacterium quadruple combination use and the con- trol group （50 cases） by the conventional therapy. The effects and serum expression levels of IL 6 and IL-17 were compared be- tween the two groups. Results The total effective rates had statistical differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The stop- ping diarrhea time and recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The expression levels of IL-6 and IL-17 after 72 h treatment in the observation group was lower than those in the control group without statistical difference（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Viable bifidobacterium quadruple combination use has significant effect in treating children non-infectious diarrhea, serum IL-6,IL-17 expression returning to normal rapidly,which is easy to take without significant adverse reactions and suitable for clinical application.
