独蒜兰种子自然萌发特性分析 被引量:10

摘要 为了解独蒜兰(Pleione bulbocodioides)种子的萌发特性,设计4个成熟度(授粉后125、160、190、219 d)和两种储存方式(4℃冷藏和常温储存)调查独蒜兰种子自然萌发与种子成熟度、储存方式的相关性。结果表明,各成熟度种子相对发芽率、死亡率间差异不明显;DAP125种子萌发生长指数显著小于DAP160种子萌发生长指数,DAP160种子萌发生长指数显著小于DAP190、DAP219种子萌发生长指数,DAP190、DAP219种子萌发生长指数相近;4℃冷藏提高了各成熟度种子相对发芽率、萌发生长指数,其中显著提高了DAP190的萌发生长指数。因此,选用DAP190种子,4℃储存有利种子的萌发生长。 In order to understand the natural germination characteristics of Pleione bulbocodioides seeds, 4 different maturity degree of P. bulbocodioides seeds DAP(days after polhnation)125, DAP160, DAP190 and DAP219) and two storage methods (at 4 ~C and at room temperature)were designed to investigate the natural germination characteristics of P. bulbocodioides seeds. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the germination rate and the death rate among 4 maturity degrees seeds. The germination-growth index of the DAP125 seeds was significantly lower than that of the DAP160 seeds, which was significantly lower than that of DAP190 seeds and DAP219 seeds There were similar germination-growth index between DAP190 seeds and DAP219 seeds. When the seeds were treated by cold storage at 4 ℃, the germination rate and the germi- nation-growth index of all seeds would be increased, and the germination-growth index of DAP190 seeds was increased sig- nificantly. So the method of choosing DAP190 seeds and storage at 4 ℃ is beneficial to the seeds, germination and growth.
