摘要
Diels-Alder反应是著名的有机化学反应,其在天然产物的全合成中占有非常重要的地位。本文综述近年来从天然产物中发现的并且通过Diels-Alder反应形成的天然加合物,同时为复杂天然产物的仿生全合成提供一些思路。
Diels-Alder reaction is a famous and important reaction in organic chemistry,especially in the total synthesis of natural products.This article reviewed some natural Diels-Alder adducts in recent years,and which provide some inspirations for the biomimetic total synthesis of complex natural products.
