摘要
在对文物旅游地/遗产旅游地社区居民感知研究、社区居民与相关利益者关系研究、社区居民参与度与参与模式研究的相关成果的梳理和分析的基础上,描述社区居民权利在经济、政治以及社会文化等方面面临的保障与缺失问题。研究认为:社区居民参与旅游活动普遍呈现为一种单向过程和边缘境地,社区居民在本质上处于"非权利"、"被决定"和"被表达"状态,这些现状对文物旅游地/遗产旅游地的持续发展造成严重影响。因此,对社区居民权利保障机制、保障形式的多学科交叉研究成为当前不容忽视的课题。
Based on the analysing of the relevant achievements about community residents＇ perception, rela- tions between community residents and stakeholder, involvement and participation mode of community residents, this study described the issues on the guarantee and absence of the rights of community residents in the aspects of e- conomic, political, social and euhural. This study suggested that community residents participation in tourism most- ly rendered as a one-way process and the marginalized, community residents was in the status of＂ Non-rights ＂, and ＂ Be determined ＂ and ＂Be expressed＂ state in essence. All of these will impact the heritage tourism sustain- able development. Therefore, focusing on right safeguard mechanism research and multi-knowledge crossed re- search can not be ignored.
