摘要
本文以广州市某发电厂为例,对液氨输送管道发生少量泄漏事故进行了风险预测评价,对液氨泄漏量与蒸发量进行了定量分析,同时对泄漏氨气的扩散范围以及扩散与环境的关系进行了探讨。分析得出做好预警措施并设置必备的自动化控制手段可以有效控制事故的影响程度与范围。
Taking a power plant in Guangzhou city as an example,the paper made environment risk assessment of accidental small leaking of liquid ammonia. The evaporation of liquid ammonia leakage were analyzed quantita-tively. The diffusion of ammonia leak and diffusion and environment are discussed. Analysis of good early warning measures and influence degree and range setting of automatic control means necessary can effectively control the accident.
