摘要
以造纸废酸为中和剂,采用强碱性阴离子型离子交换树脂作为脱氯材料,研究不同条件下,离子交换树脂对碱渣的脱氯效果。实验结果表明:有机酸分子量较大,容易堵塞交换柱;脱氯后加入回收有机酸和硝酸钙可以消除OH-和过量有机酸对滴定结果的影响;通过离子交换,一级除氯率为93.8%,二级除氯率为99.7%;三级除氯率为100%。脱氯处理对溶液中的Ca2+、Mg2+浓度无影响。
The effects of different factors on dechlorination from caustic sludge were studied using the paper-making waste acid as a neutralizer and strong basic anion type ion exchange resin as dechlorination material in the paper. The results showed that: exchange columns were easy to be blocked because of higher molecular weight of organic acid calcium, and the additions of organic acid recycled and calcium nitrate cloud eliminate the effect of OH-and excessive organic acid on the result of the titration. After the ionic exchange, the first stage echlorination rate was 93.8%, and the secondary one and the third one was 99.7% and 100%, respectively. Dechlorination treat- ment had no effect on the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in the solution.
