摘要
研究了水灰比、粉煤灰与发泡剂量、促凝剂与憎水剂对硅酸盐水泥化学发泡制备泡沫混凝土的浆体发泡与成型的影响以及硬脂酸钙憎水剂对试样吸水率的影响。研究结果表明,以普通硅酸盐水泥和粉煤灰为原料、氯化锂为促凝剂、硬脂酸钙为憎水剂、水灰比0.55、粉煤灰加入量30%、发泡剂用量6.5%可以制得密度为200 kg/m3的超轻憎水泡沫混凝土;随着硬脂酸钙加入量的增加试样吸水率显著降低。该研究结果已应用于河南某公司的水泥发泡保温板生产线上。
Influences of water-cement ratio,amount of fly ash and foaming agent,accelerant and hydrophobic agent on foaming and forming of slurry in preparing Portland cement foam concrete by chemical foaming were examined,and effect of hydrophobic agent of calcium stearate on water absorption of the sample was studied.It has been shown that the ultra-light(with density 200 kg/m3) foam concrete can be manufactured by chemical foaming with Portland cement and fly ash as raw material,Lithium chloride as accelerant,calcium stearate as hydrophobic agent,0.55 of water-cement ratio,30% of fly ash,6.5% of foaming agent,and the water absorption of sample dropped significantly with adding amount of calcium stearate.The research results have been applied to cement foaming insulation board production line of a company in Henan.
