摘要
内部资本市场在中国企业集团的成长中扮演着十分重要的角色。规范内部资本市场运行机制,充分发挥内部资本市场优势功能,不仅是推动企业发展的重要利器,更是实现国家经济有序运行的保证。同时,内部资本市场理论研究的发展也推动了上述目标的实现。目前,中国内部资本市场理论研究已走过了20年的历程,取得了众多的研究成果,但也存在诸多不足。因此,有必要通过对内部资本市场理论研究成果的回顾与总结,探究适合中国国情的内部资本市场理论研究方向。
Internal Capital Market plays a very important role in the growth of Chinese enterprise groups. Regulated the operation mechanism of Internal Capital Market, given full play to the advantages of Internal Capital Market, it is not only an important tool to promote enterprise development but also ensure the orderly operation of our national economy. At the same time, the above goals also are promoted by the development of Internal Capital Market theory research. At present, Internal Capital Market theory studies obtained many research results, and al- so had some deficiencies in the past 20 years. Therefore, in order to explore suitable theory studies direction about Internal Capital Market in China, it is necessary to review and summary these theory research.
