摘要
食品批发业在日本各类商品批发业中占有非常重要的地位。对日本食品批发商而言,只需承担原有批发功能即可的时代已经结束,其面临的形势十分严峻。为解决批发业面临的困境,避免传统批发业日渐萎缩,日本食品批发业充分发挥自身在整合生产与流通方面的主导作用,开始积极探索转型道路,尝试新的战略,打造全新的赢利模式,支持、分担甚至加入零售和生产环节。大型食品批发商建设物流中心,进行全系列供应,提供零售支持;中小型食品批发商实施多方位战略来应对。我国食品批发业在批发业转型发展过程中出现的问题与日本批发业有许多相似之处,我国批发商也应摒弃原来固有的观念,借鉴日本批发商的经验和教训,强化现有的批发功能,强化对制造和零售的支持,拓展自己的事业范围。
The development of food wholesale industry is of great significance in the development of different commodity wholesale industries in Japan. For Japanese food wholesalers, the era of who only need to bear the pure function of wholesale has been ended; and the situation facing them is very severe. To solve the dilemma and avoid the shrink of traditional wholesale industry, Japanese food wholesale industry should give full play to their leading role in integrating production and circulation, explore new ways of transformation, new strategies and patterns of profit-making, and provide support to, share responsibilities with or even take part in the links of retail and production. The large food wholesalers should build logistic centers, supply whole series commodities and provide retailers with support; the small and medium food wholesalers should implement multi-dimensional strategies. Problems with Chinese food wholesale industry in the process of transformation are almost the same with that of Japanese food wholesale industry; so, China's food wholesalers should also abandon their inherent ideas, learn from the experiences of Japanese wholesalers, strengthen the existing function of wholesaling, strengthen support to manufacturing and retailing, and expand more business scope.
