摘要
基于供应链的视角,农产品质量安全风险包括源头风险、加工风险、物流风险、销售风险和使用风险,将影响危害农产品质量安全风险的5个供应链节点作为指标体系的一级指标,并进一步把每个一级指标细分为3个二级指标,根据调查所得的结果建立评价模型,使用层次分析法对影响因素进行定量分析,认为在影响农产品质量安全风险中,加工风险的影响最大,源头风险次之,物流风险贯穿于整个农产品供应链中,销售风险可使农产品供应链前期风险规避的努力功亏一篑,使用风险亦不能忽视。
From the perspective of supply chain, there are different kinds of risks involved in agricultural product quality safety, such as the risks in sources, processing, logistics, sale and usage. By taking five supply chain nodes having negative influences on agricultural product quality safety as the first-level indicators, subdividing every first-level indicator into three second-level indicators, designing an evaluation model based the results of investigation, and can＇ying out the quantitative analysis on these influence factors with the help of AHP, the author believes that, among all the risks involved in agricultural product quality safety, the influence of risk in processing is the most significant one, and then the risk in sources; there will be risk in logistics along the whole supply chain of agricultural product; and risk in sale, which can not be neglected, can make all the previous efforts in risk preventing to be nothing.
