NdCl_3·TBP—Al(i—Bu)_3催化体系合成高顺式聚丁二烯的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对以NdCl_3的磷酸三丁酯(TBP)溶液为主催化荆,烷基铝为助催化剂所组成的Ziegler—Natta型催化体系引发丁二烯(Bd)聚合的行为进行了研究。结果表明,Ai(i—Bu)_3为较适宜的助催化剂;低温陈化处理是获得高催化活性的必要条件;NdCl_3—Al(i—Bu)_3—Bd三元陈化体系的催化活性最高,当Nd/Bd摩尔比为7×10^(-5)时,单体转化率可达92%。由此得到的聚合物为顺1,4—链节含量约为95%的聚丁二烯橡胶,聚合物的分子量分布较宽;在聚合物体系中加入SiCH_3Cl_3可使聚合物的顺1,4量链节含量有所提高。 The behavior of butadiene polymerization initiated by Ziegler-Natta catalyst systems composed of NdCl_3 solved in tributyl phosphate(TBP) and different alkyl-aluminium has been studied in this paper. The results showed that, compered with other co-catalysts, Al(i—Bu)_3 is more suitable to match NdCl·TBP. It is necessary for all the components of the Catalyst system to be aged at low temperature in order to obtain high activity. The ternary system in which NdCl_3. TBP, AI(i—Bu)_3 and butadiene aged together has the highest activity with a conversion of over 92% as Nd/Bd(Molar ratio)equals 7x10^(-5). The polymer obtained is one kind of rubber with about 95% of cis—1, 4—unit and a wide molecular weight distrbution. The content of cis—1, 4—unit can be increased by adding SiCH_3Cl_3 into the polymerization system.
