摘要
本文系统地分析了可持续城市发展的支持系统和主要问题 ,提出了新世纪乌鲁木齐可持续城市发展战略及其目标、方针与重点 ,指出了乌鲁木齐可持续城市发展的战略模式。
Urumqi is important base of heavy industry and communication hub in the northwest of China. At present, the city is faced with a serious problem of environmental pollution by developing industry especially heavy industry and energy consumption structure,which has become a restrictive factor for the urban sustainable development. This article systematically analyzes natural, social, economic supporting systems for urban sustainable development,then put forwards principal urban development strategy and serial of countermeasures for the sustainable development of Urumqi.
