摘要
水资源管理是当今大多数国家资源管理的难题。中国由于其自身的具体国情 ,在水资源管理上又有新的管理困境。本文对这一困境进行剖析并提出解决问题的对策。
The management of water resources is a difficult resources management in most countries. For its own situation, China has some new problems in the management of water resources. The intention of this paper is to discuss these problems and to put forward some countermeasures.
