摘要
阐述了镁合金在汽车方面应用的优点及发展历程,介绍了国内外高强韧性镁合金、耐热性镁合金和耐腐蚀性镁合金在汽车方面应用的现状,总结了基础合金元素(Al、Zn、Mn、Zr等)及微量合金元素(Ca、Sr、Sn、Si、Sb以及稀土元素Nd、Y、Gd、Ce、La等)对镁合金的强化作用及机制。该研究可为高性能镁合金的研究奠定基础。
The application of magnesium alloys in motor-dom advantages and development process were expounded. The present situation of high-ductility, heat-resistance and corrosion-resistance magnesium alloys in the car industry in China and abroad was introduced. The effect of primary alloying elements (such as A1, Zn, Mn, Zr, etc.) and micro-allowing elements (such as Ca, Sr, Sn, Sb and rare earth elements such as Nd, Y, Gd, Ce, La, etc.) on the reinforcement and mechanism were summarized. The research can lay the foundation for the research in advanced magnesium alloys.
