摘要
针对瞬态温度测试有线传输和控制方式存在的灵活性差、布线不方便且功耗高等缺点,提出了一种无线控制的瞬态温度存储测试方法。该方法将存储测试技术和无线通信技术相结合,无线传感网络用来完成对整个存储测试系统的参数设置、触发、数据采集和传输等操作的控制。实验表明:这种新型测试方法具有可无线控制、微功耗、测温范围高以及系统的时间分辨率可达微秒级等优点。
For the transient temperature measurement of cable transmission and control method was of low agili- ty, inconvenient and high power consumption, a method of wireless storage control for transient explosive tem- perature measurement was put forward. This method combined storage test technology and wireless communica- tion technology. Wireless sensor network was used to finish the storage test system parameter setting, trigger, data acquisition and transmission operation control. The experimental results showed that the new method had the advantages of wireless control, low power consumption, high temperature range and microseconds time reso- lution.
