摘要
研究了掺混有导电炭黑的丁腈像胶与聚氯乙烯的共混物的硫化条件、混炼时间、导电炭黑用量及水份、增塑剂种类及共混比等对导电性及力学性能的影响。结果表明,为得到导电性及力学性能均较好的共混硫化橡胶,较合话的制备条件是90℃混炼时间5分钟,硫化温度156℃,炭黑用量30%,NBR/PVC配比为70/30,增塑剂用10%磷酸三甲酚酯,导电炭黑必须干燥,这样可得到抗张强度18Mpa、断裂伸长率230%、导电率3.2×10^(-2)Ω^(-1)cm^(-1)的导电橡胶。
Conditions of blending, vulcanization and effects of water content and amounts of conductive carbon blaCk, kind of plasticizers and blending ratio on conductivity and mechanical properties of the vulcanizate were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions are blending at 90℃ for 5 min., vulcanization at 156℃ and blend composition of NBR/PVC=70/30 with 30% dry carbon black and 10% tricresoxy phosphate. The products exhibit tensile strength of 18. Mpa, ultimate elongation of 230% and room temperature conductivity of 3.2×10^(-2)S cm^(-1).
