摘要
研究了VA含量(0~28%)对EVA/硅橡胶共混物力学性能和结晶性能的影响。试验结果表明:VA含量为17—21%范围内的EVA/硅橡胶共混物具有最大的拉仲强度;用EVA/LDPE共混材料代替相同VA含量的EVA与硅橡胶共混,得到的共混物具有相似的力学性能;VA含量增加,EVA的结晶度降低,熔点降低。
The effects of vinylacetate(VA)content of EVA on the mechanical properties and crystalline behaviour of the silicone rubber/EVA blends were studied. The silicone rubber/EVA blends have the best tensile strength in the VA content range 17—21% of EVA. The tri—blends of silicone rubber/EVA/LDPE have the same mechanical properties with bi—blends of silicone rubber/EVA, as VA content of the both blends is equal. The crystallinity and melting point of EVA in the silicone rubber/EVA blends are lower than those of pure EVA and decrease with increasing the VA content of EVA.
