摘要
国内外已有众多文章报道了伊氏锥虫表面抗原变异现象的特点 ,但均较零散 ,本文将这些报道进行分析综合 ,从中找出共同点 ,归纳出伊氏锥虫抗原变异的一些规律 ,计有伊氏锥虫抗原变异的频率、抗原变异的程序、变异体的数量、优势变异体和非优势变异体 ,伊氏锥虫感染动物后第一次发生抗原变异的时间和特点等 ,作者并对尚需继续探索的有关规律性的研究内容也提出了看法。
Many articles about antigenic variation in Trypanosoma evansi have been published in China and other countries.This review discusses the available information concerning the regularity of antigenic variation, there are freguency of variation,the order of variants (VATs), total of VATs,predominant and non prdominant VATs,number of days of the first antigenic variation happening in Trypanosoma evansi and characterity of the new VAT.Other key probles that should be studied are also proposed in this review.
