摘要
微博成为政府倾听民声、广纳民意、体察民情的有效载体。微博利于民主监督,有利于党政信息公开,有利于发挥意见领袖作用,促进和谐党群关系。存在的问题:由于微博把关不严,很多虚假和不良信息传播给人民群众,造成不良影响等。利用微博密切党群关系的路径选择:提高个人微博素养,加强微博知识的教育与普及;提升执政党的微博信息公开透明度,加强微博相关法律规范;加强微博与传统媒体融合,更好地密切党群关系。
Micro--blog has become the effective carrier for governments to listen to public voices, accept public opinions, and observe public feelings. Micro--blog is conducive to democratic supervision, to the government information publicity, to giving full play to opinion leaders, and to promoting the harmonious Party--masses relationship. One of the problems is that a lot of false and harmful information is spread to the masses of the people because of lax management, causing adverse effects. Micro--blog can be used to promote the Party--masses relationship by means of improving the personal micro--blog literacy, popularizing micro--blog, enhancing information disclosure transparency of the ruling party by the micro--blog, improving the relavent laws and regulations, and strengthening the integration of micro--blog and traditional media fusion.
