摘要 系统研究东北农田黑土中氧化亚氮释放量与土壤环境因子的关系,从而采取有效手段增加氮肥利用效率同时减少温室气体向大气中排放。本文采用恒温箱密闭培养和调控土壤含水量两种方法,通过控制土壤含水量和模拟田间温度对土壤氧化亚氮释放量进行基础研究。通过模拟田间施氮量,观察N2O释放规律:(1)低温时N2O的释放水平偏低,但达到25℃时N2O释放量达到最大值,为19.94μg.kg-1土,随后随温度的升高而逐渐下降(2)恒温控制培养(25℃),淹水环境中土壤中N2O的释放量比缺水环境中要高。 Through the study of the relationship between the nitrous oxide emission system of black soil in Northeast China with soil environmental factors, to take effective measures increases the nitrogen use efficiency and reduces greenhouse gas emission to the atmosphere. In this paper, an experiment study of N20 release from the soil was carried out by two methods. The one is using calorstat foster in the closed environment, and the other is controlling water content of soil. Research nitrous oxide emission by controlling the water content of soil and simulating the temperature in the field. Simulated the nitrogen application rate in the field, observe the laws of N20 emission:(1)Low temperature N20 release less. But when temperature reached 25~C, N20 release is highest, and the emission quantity is 19.94~Lg .kg-l. And then decreased with the increasing temperature.(2) Under the condition of constant temperature (20~C), The tests showed that the N20 emission from the waterlogged soil is higher than a lack of water environment.
