摘要
通过单因子静态急性毒性试验和正交设计法 ,研究水环境中Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 、Ca2 + +Mg2 + 总量及Ca2 + /Mg2 + 比值对中国对虾生存及生长的影响。结果表明 :(1)中国对虾在水环境中能够生存的Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 质量浓度范围分别为 2 4 .92~ 2 80 .6 6mg/L、34.5~ 344.9mg/L ;(2 )Ca2 + /Mg2 + 比值为 1∶10 ,对中国对虾的生存没有影响 ;(3)中国对虾的生长与Ca2 + 浓度有密切关系 ,其值过高或过低均会影响中国对虾的生长 ,但中国对虾能够在Mg2 + 浓度低至正常海水 1/
Single-factor acute toxicity test and orthogonal design were used to study the effect of the concentrations of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ , Ca 2+ +Mg 2+ and Ca 2+ /Mg 2+ on survival and growth of P. Chinensis. The results indicate that shrimp would survive in seawater with Ca 2+ 24.92~280.66 mg /L or with Mg 2+ 34.5~344.9 mg/L; when Ca 2+ /Mg 2+ equals to 1∶10, the survival of shrimp is not affected; the growth of shrimp is closely related to Ca 2+ concentration, and higher or lower Ca 2+ concentration can affect the growth of shrimp; shrimp can grow in the water with 1/2 Mg 2+ concentration of seawater.
