摘要
通过对含缺陷抽油杆的疲劳损伤力学研究,采用Solidworks软件的Simulation功能计算含缺陷抽油杆的最大等效应力,结合疲劳强度理可以确定含缺陷抽油杆的疲劳源界限值。相比于传统实验方法,本文的计算方法提高了疲劳损伤界限值研究的效率,这在实际应用中具有重大意义。
Adopting the Simulation function of the Solidworks to calculate the maximum equivalent stress of the defectiveness sucker rod, combined with the theory of fatigue strength can make sure the threshold value of the fatigue sources of the sucker rod through the fatigue damage mechanics research of the defectiveness sucker rod. Compared to the traditional experiment method, the calculation procedure of this article improves the efficiency of the fatigue damage threshold value research. This has a great significance in the practical application.
