单片机控制的电动机Y-△启动电路设计

摘要 本文介绍了单片机控制的电动机Y-△启动电路设计,该设计实现的功能为:1.控制器为单片机,电动机为三相异步电动机;2.启动时间为3秒;3.由按键设置电动机Y-△运行、停止等功能,为智能控制和精确控制电动机启动提供了有效的解决方案,是一个典型的弱电控制强电的设计。本文对系统各模块进行了详细设计,重点论述了系统各模块的硬件电路设计,对软件设计和软硬件综合调试进行了全面地分析与说明。本设计以单片机STC89C52RC作为主控制器,利用STC89C52RC内部的定时器实现定时启动时间功能,通过控制继电器去控制电动机运行,实现弱电控制强电,以发光二极管作为指示,以两位级联共阴数码管作为显示器显示延时剩余时间,用独立式键盘对电动机启动时间、电运机启动、停止进行控制,具有友好的人机界面。经过设计和调试,本设计的实现了设计任务的各项指标。 The paper introduces the motor based on single-chip microcomputer control design of the train start Y - the princess, the design and implementation of function for: I. the controller for microcomputer, motor for three-phase asynchronous motor, 2.to 3 seconds, start-up time, 3. by button motor train operation, stop Y - functions, for intelligent control and precise eontrnl motor startup provides an effective solution, is a typical low &high voltage eontn^l design. This paper makes a detailed system module design, this paper focuses on the system module, the hardware eiix'uit design of hardware and software design of integrated debugging conducted a comprehensive analysis and explanation. This design is made by STC89C52RC mieroe^nnpuler, using the STf289C52RC internal controller timer funetion, realization time start-up time through control relay to control motor rnnning, low &high wtage control, with light emitting diode as the instruction, with two level which Yin digital display as the remaining time delay, indepen- dent ~f mttlor start-up time, keyboard electrical transport machine start and stop, with friendly human-machine interface.
